Secured loans in Sosúa

A diverse community, one requirement: living in the DR

Sosúa is home to long-established Dominican families and to foreigners who made the north coast their home. We serve both, as long as they live in the Dominican Republic and hold a cédula (Dominican or foreign-resident ID). What we can’t take are applications from people who live outside the country.

Most applications here come from condo owners with long-term tenants, shopkeepers on Calle Pedro Clisante and drivers who work with their own vehicle.

If your building has a condo administration

Have proof that you’re up to date on maintenance fees. We’ll ask for it together with the Certificado de Título and the IPI (property tax) receipt, where it applies.
